Quick Tip Tuesday : Using Your Scoring Tool
On today's quick tip, utilize your score tool to design your cards. Use to add texture and design without the the aide of an embossing folder and embossing machine. I used my simply scored scoring tool by Stampin' Up! to design my card.
I think the card came out simply elegant.
I created this card by scoring on a 4-1/8" x 5 3/8" whisper white card stock. On the 4- 3/8" side score at 1- 1/2" then at the 2" mark.
Flip over and score on the 5-3/4" side. Make each score marks 1/8" stopping to the 1st horizontal score line.
All that is left to do, is to embellish with ink and ribbon then adhere to a base of your card stock. Here I used purple posey card stock. I used Gorgeous grape for the ink with the "Timeless Tulip" stamp set. Continue to think outside the box.
